Should be getting back on track now that we have full control of the site again. Long story short, the administration we could do over on the previous server was beat up and ancient, and we had lost a lot of site control over the years. So Mel finally pulled the trigger, and now we’re on our own brand spanking new site, after almost 19 years.
The store should be up and running as well, so if you were looking to buy anything, now’s your chance. We do have a few of the Comic Con Exclusive leftovers as well, get ’em while they last.

Speaking of the store … maybe there’s some fine tuning necessary. Just checked and a shot glass will cost 78$$ in shipping to germany. That’s a bit steep, don’t you think? ^^
Ahh, looks like it’s defaulting to priority/express shipping only for international. Regular shipping looks to run about $25ish depending on the weight and size. I’ll poke at it, thanks for letting us know!

Thanks for having a look into this, Mel. You’re right about the $25. If we look at a single item. If i put more than 1 item in the cart, the system just adds another 25 for each one. So, we’re not yet at ebay-combining-postage-to save-money, still more like amazon-marketplace-postage-for-each-item-from-same-seller. Do you think this might be adjustable?

Yay for the new server. But the one thing I miss is being able to scroll forward and back to see if I’ve missed any new strips. Now? I have to back out of the page and then check on the calendar links. (Yeah, I know, “first world problem” — but still; I had trouble a week or two ago looking up some spam phone # and one of the “hits” on Google turned out to be a PORN site and I couldn’t back out of it! Had to close the window entirely and start over…. I don’t want to have to do that for sites I WANT to read (like yours)….
You should still be able to scroll forward and back with the “First/Prev/Next/Last” buttons on the navigation bar under the comic 🙂
In the Archive comics, there are no First/Prev/Next/Last buttons. Alas. And no calendar.
It looks like accessing the comics from the calendar widget in the sidebar is adding some weird formatting, I will dig into it. Meanwhile navigating to comics from the bar on the home page or clicking a link from the Archive Page itself (clicking the Archive link in the header) seems to be loading the nav bar on each comic correctly, so that is a temporary workaround to save you frustration while I get to the root of the issue.
